Identification of the company<\/strong><br>Items are deposited and sold by :<br><strong>Le Temps Jadis &amp; D\u00e9combres Services SRL<\/strong><br>Chauss\u00e9e de Bruxelles (V-P) 840, 6210 Les Bons Villers (Belgium)<br>ECB NO: 0733.855.775<br>Trade name : <em>Le Temps Jadis Auction<\/em><br>Site : <a class=\"\" href=\"http:\/\/www.letempsjadisauction.be\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.letempsjadisauction.be<\/a> - Email : <a class=\"\">info@letempsjadis.be<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A. General filing procedures<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The company acts as <strong>representative<\/strong> of the seller.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items are accepted for <strong>auction exclusively online<\/strong>on a monthly basis, ending each month. <strong>last Wednesday of the month<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le <strong>sale mandate is tacit<\/strong> by the very act of depositing an object.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A <strong>commission of 15 % incl. VAT<\/strong> is deducted from the auction price for private individuals, <strong>10 % for professionals<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>From <strong>fixed fee of \u20ac5 per lot<\/strong> are due, whether or not it is sold.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each batch must have a <strong>minimum bid<\/strong>defined according to its nature and value.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The seller may <strong>set a reserve price<\/strong>provided that it is reasonable and accepted by Le Temps Jadis Auction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">B. Transport, insurance and liability<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>No free transport service<\/strong> is proposed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>items deposited are not insured<\/strong> by Le Temps Jadis Auction. The depositor is invited to take out cover himself if necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the event of damage, the hall is liable for <strong>strictly limited to the amount that may be covered by its insurer<\/strong>if applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C. Unsold items<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Unsold items must be <strong>taken back by the seller within 7 days<\/strong> working days following the sale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On request, unsold items can be <strong>put back on sale<\/strong> at a revised price.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After the withdrawal period, <strong>custody charges may apply<\/strong> at the rate of <strong>5 per day late and per lot<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No automatic disposal, donation or destruction of unsold items will be considered without the express agreement of the seller.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D. Legal and tax aspects<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le <strong>resale right<\/strong>if applicable, is to be <strong>at the buyer's expense<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The origin of the objects is not mentioned in the catalogues or communications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No <strong>transfer of image rights<\/strong>, <strong>force majeure clause<\/strong> or <strong>Mandatory written mandate<\/strong> is required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the event of a dispute, <strong>only the courts of Nivelles<\/strong> are competent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La <strong>Belgian legislation<\/strong> is exclusively applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" id=\"conditions-de-depot\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Purchasing conditions - Buyers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Fees &amp; payment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Each auction is accompanied by <strong>buyer's fee of 25 % incl. VAT<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>These costs are clearly stated in each sale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>payments must be made within 10 days<\/strong> calendar after the auction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Means of payment accepted : <strong>Bancontact, Visa\/Mastercard, bank transfer, QR code, cash (within legal limits)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the event of non-payment :\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Interest on arrears<\/strong> will be payable at the legal rate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A <strong>flat-rate allowance of 15 % with a minimum of \u20ac75<\/strong> will also be required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The seller can, <strong>after 30 days<\/strong>decide to cancel the sale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">B. Withdrawal of objects<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Items purchased must be <strong>withdrawn within 10 days<\/strong> following payment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No delivery service is offered by default.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the event of failure to withdraw by the deadline <strong>storage costs<\/strong> may be charged or the <strong>sale cancelled<\/strong> at the seller's discretion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C. Auctions &amp; right of withdrawal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sales are <strong>exclusively online<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The right of withdrawal is available to <strong>private consumers<\/strong>except in the following cases :\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sales supervised by a <strong>ministerial officer<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Public sale with the possibility of assistance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The right of withdrawal must be exercised within <strong>14-day period<\/strong> from the date of receipt of the goods, provided that :\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The buyer <strong>has paid and withdrawn<\/strong> object.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>He <strong>returns the item at its own expense<\/strong> in original condition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It notifies its intention via <strong>post or email<\/strong> accompanied by the <a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/economie.fgov.be\/sites\/default\/files\/Files\/Forms\/Formulaire-de-retractation.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">official form<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items are sold <strong>in the state<\/strong>, <strong>without guarantee<\/strong> and <strong>descriptions and photos are not binding<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D. Miscellaneous clauses<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le Temps Jadis Auction reserves the right <strong>the right to refuse a bid or a bidder<\/strong> without justification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No commitment has been made regarding the<strong>authenticity or expertise<\/strong> of the items.
